Laser Cutting
Using the latest CNC technology, we can produce laser cuts with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 to 0.3 mm very precisely and quickly. There is no need for time-consuming reworking, as is the case with flame or plasma cutting. In-house storage offers us a very high degree of flexibility in production. Various sheet metal formats up to a maximum size of 3,000mm x 1,500mm are available from very reliable suppliers within 24 hours, depending on customer requirements.
Both individual quantities and series production are possible in the following material thicknesses:
- Stainless steel from 0.5mm to 20mm
- mild steel from 0.5mm to 25mm
- Aluminium from 0.8mm to 12mm

Since the beginning of 2015, Herbst Maschinenfabrik GmbH has been equipped with state-of-the-art CNC technology from Trumpf®.
According to defined customer requirements, we quickly prepare a customised offer, either on the basis of sample pieces or after receiving DXF or DWG files.
Delivery is unpacked ex works, but on request we can also use our own courier service. Alternatively, shipping by other recognised carriers or couriers can be arranged.
